Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email and sign-in details.
• Financial information you enter or upload: accounts, balances, bills, income, scenarios and goals.
• If you connect a bank: account names, last four digits, balances, card terms (limit, APR, minimum payment) and transaction history, received read-only through our bank-data provider, Plaid.

How we use it

Only to show you forecasts, spending summaries and advice inside the app. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Plaid

We use Plaid Inc. to connect your bank accounts. When you connect, you authorize Plaid to collect data from your bank and share it with us. Plaid handles that data under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time from the Money page.

Who can see it

Only members of your household. AI-written memos and chat answers send forecast figures to our AI provider to produce the reply; your data isn't sold or shared for any other purpose.

Retention

We keep your data while your household exists. Disconnecting a bank stops all future access right away.

Your choices

• Disconnect a bank at any time and optionally delete its synced history.
• Household owners can delete the entire household and all its data from the Household page.
• You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us.
